Water Pressure & Fasteness Test of Fabrics

Upon receipt, we conduct rigorous water pressure and fastness tests on fabrics and accessories of seam-taped garments to guarantee waterproof performance compliant with outdoor activity demands.


A seam fabric sample undergoes a minimum 4000-cycle water pressure test, followed by 5-10 cycles of 90-minute machine wash tests. Only fabrics that pass these rigorous standards are approved for mass production.

Seamless Welding

Utilizing an ultrasonic welding machine, we seamlessly bond the rubber strip to the garment seams, eliminating pinhole and stitch-related leaks while preventing fabric punctures from needles. This process is ideal for garments requiring water and airtightness, including outdoor windbreakers, skiwear, and more.
